Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is an essential device for delivering soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, directly to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device is available as an alternative. An inverter controls feeding speed, which seamlessly integrates with the compactor current to automate feeding according to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

The metal detector is a valuable option for safeguarding your machinery. It detects any metallic impurities within the material, preventing potential damage to the compactor's knives. Upon detection, the system halts, allowing operators to remove any metals before resuming operation. Choose between German and Chinese brand options for your metal detector needs.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor features side-mounted fixed knives and rotary knives on its bottom plate. It expertly cuts material into smaller pieces while facilitating slight agglomeration to remove moisture, stabilizing and easing the feeding process into the extruder. As cutting and friction elevate compactor temperature, an automatic cooling system prevents overheating. Additionally, an exhaust device is installed atop the compactor to effectively vent moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This ingeniously designed pelletizing line features two single screw extruders, expertly crafted for handling heavily printed materials, highly contaminated substances, and low fluidity items. It is also ideal for temperature-sensitive and high moisture content materials. With this advanced pelletizing line, experience enhanced removal of moisture and impurities post-granulation. Featuring more exhausting mouths and superior filtration capabilities, it ensures the production of granules that meet the highest quality standards.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. In the pelletizing line, you have the flexibility to choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters to align perfectly with your filtering needs. For optimal filtering performance, multiple layers of meshes can be incorporated, ensuring the pellet quality meets your stringent demands.

Under Water Pelletizer

The under water cutting system is meticulously engineered for high flow rate materials and high viscosity materials, which present challenges in the cutting process. Clients have the option of choosing between water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting, tailored to the unique material and capacity requirements.
