Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is the quintessential feeding device, expertly designed to transport soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films directly to the cutter compactor. For waste films in roll form, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available for seamless compactor integration. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, synchronized with the compactor current for fully automated feeding tailored to compactor demands.

Metal detector

Offering the option for precise metal detection, the metal detector meticulously scans materials for any metal contaminants that could damage the compactor knives. Upon detection, the system promptly halts the belt conveyor and issues an alarm, allowing operators to efficiently remove metals and resume operation. Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is engineered for dual functionality, utilizing fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate to adeptly reduce materials into smaller pieces while promoting slight agglomeration.
