Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor is the standard in feeding devices, delivering plastic soft waste—such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films—directly to the cutter compactor. For roll film waste, consider the optional roller haul-off feeding device. Controlled by an inverter integrated with the compactor current, the system automatically adjusts feeding speed to align with compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Enhance safety with our optional metal detector, designed to identify and alert you to metal contaminants within materials, thereby safeguarding compactor knives. Upon detection, the system triggers an alarm and halts the conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal before resuming operation. Choose between renowned German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor, equipped with fixed side knives and rotary bottom knives, efficiently shreds materials into fine pieces while inducing slight agglomeration, effectively dehumidifying materials and ensuring stable feeding to the extruder. As temperatures rise due to cutting friction, the system automatically cools. An exhaust device on top handles moisture and dust extraction, maintaining optimal compactor performance.
