Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding device, the belt conveyor, is adept at transporting plastic soft waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an alternative roller haul-off feeding device is available to guide films to the compactor. The feeding speed is controlled via an inverter, seamlessly integrated with the compactor's current, allowing automatic feeding adjustments based on compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector is a customer-centric feature designed to identify potential metal contaminants within materials, safeguarding the integrity of compactor knives. Upon detection, the system triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, enabling operators to remove metals before resuming operation. Customers can select from leading German or Chinese brands for their metal detection needs.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is engineered with precision, featuring fixed knives along its body sides and rotary knives on the compactor's bottom plate. This design efficiently cuts materials into smaller pieces and induces minor agglomeration, reducing moisture content and stabilizing feedstock for the extruder. The compactor's temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, with an automatic cooling system to prevent overheating. Additionally, an exhaust device atop the compactor effectively removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two-Stage Extruders

This ingeniously designed pelletizing line features two robust single screw extruders, perfectly engineered to handle heavy-printed, highly contaminated, low-fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high-moisture content materials. Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Underwater Pelletizer
