Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor serves as the premier feeding solution, effectively transporting plastic soft waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in roll form, opt for the roller haul-off feeding device to convey films to the compactor. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic adjustment according to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector serves as a vigilant guardian, identifying any metals within materials to prevent damage to compactor knives. Upon metal detection, an alarm is triggered and the belt conveyor halts, allowing operators to remove metals before resuming operation. Choose between top-tier German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is equipped with fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, effectively slicing materials into manageable pieces while promoting slight agglomeration. This process reduces moisture and facilitates stable and seamless extruder feeding. As the temperature within the compactor increases through cutting and friction, automatic over-temperature cooling is activated. An exhaust device atop the compactor efficiently extracts moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

Our innovative pelletizing line features a sophisticated design incorporating two single screw extruders, ideal for processing a wide range of challenging materials. This includes heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and moisture-laden materials. Melt Filter
