Feeding belt conveyor

A belt conveyor is the standard feeding apparatus that efficiently transports soft plastic waste—such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films—to the cutter compactor. For films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available to transfer the films to the compactor. The feeding speed, regulated by an inverter, is intricately linked to the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding that meets compactor demands.

Metal detector

Incorporate an optional metal detector to identify and alert you to any metal contaminants within the material, preventing damage to the compactor's knives. Upon metal detection, the system issues an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal and resume operation. Choose from both premium German and reliable Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor features fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate. This configuration effectively reduces material size and promotes slight agglomeration to eliminate moisture, facilitating stable and efficient feeding into the extruder.
