Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor is the quintessential feeding device, designed to transport soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films directly to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The inverter-controlled feeding speed is automatically synchronized with the compactor's current, ensuring efficient and demand-driven feeding.

Metal detector

Protect the integrity of your machinery with our optional metal detector, capable of identifying metals within the material to prevent damage to the compactor's knives. Upon detection, the system alerts operators and halts the conveyor, allowing for safe removal of metals. Choose between trusted German and Chinese brands to suit your needs.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor is engineered with fixed knives along its sides and rotary knives at its base, effectively reducing material to small pieces while achieving slight agglomeration. This process removes moisture, stabilizing and simplifying feeding to the extruder. The cutting and friction generate heat, with an automatic over-temperature cooling system in place. An exhaust device efficiently clears moisture and dust during operation, ensuring seamless performance.

Two stage extruders

Our advanced pelletizing line boasts a sophisticated design comprising of two robust single screw extruders. This setup is ideal for processing heavily printed materials, high-contamination substances, low fluidity items, temperature-sensitive materials, and those with elevated moisture content. The ingenious design enhances efficiency by effectively expelling moisture and impurities post-granulation through multiple exhaust ports and comprehensive filtration systems, thus producing granules that meet stringent quality standards.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems are engineered to deliver extensive filtering capabilities, withstanding melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, clients can select either double-column or plate type filters based on their specific filtration needs. These systems can accommodate multiple layers of mesh to ensure superior filtration, tailored to meet the desired pellet quality.

Underwater pelletizer

The underwater cutting system is meticulously crafted to handle high flow rate materials and those with high viscosity, which typically present challenges in cutting.
