Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding mechanism, efficiently delivering soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For waste films stored in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device is available as an option to transport the films to the compactor. The feeding speed is meticulously controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding as per the compactor's needs.

Metal detector

Opt for a metal detector to safeguard your compactor blades by detecting any metal contaminants in the material. Upon detection, the system halts the belt conveyor and alerts the operator to remove the metal before restarting. You have the option to select from leading German or Chinese brands for optimal protection.

Cutter compactor

Our state-of-the-art Cutter Compactor seamlessly integrates fixed knives on the side of the compactor body with rotary knives on the bottom plate, delivering exceptional precision and efficiency.
