Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line masterfully crafted by YILI Machinery is engineered to process a diverse range of plastic soft materials, such as the resilient PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, and waste soft drip irrigation pipes. This innovative system also handles industrial packing films and supermarket packing films with precision. The comprehensive production line features a shredder, crusher, friction washer, floating tank, and squeezer, offering a capacity range from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our state-of-the-art film washing line guarantees a meticulous and efficient decontamination process for waste films, employing both cold and hot washing systems alongside advanced recycling technologies. The superior quality final products achieved post-washing can be utilized independently or blended with other materials for reprocessing, and are even suitable for new film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Our belt conveyors come in both light and heavy-duty options. Featuring a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage, they can be optionally equipped with a metal detector to enhance operational efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials-such as sizable plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material-the shredder performs an initial grinding. The material then proceeds to a secondary crusher for further size reduction, achieving final material sizes of less than 12mm, ideal for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a diverse series of shredders with various capabilities and functions tailored to meet customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher efficiently reduces material to smaller sizes while utilizing water to clean the material and cool the blades during the process. It transforms large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing outcome and simplifying the final product's packaging process.

Frication Washer

The friction washer operates at high speeds with water to effectively cleanse the plastic, removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. After this step, the material proceeds to the floating tank for additional purification.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. Featuring uniquely designed washing wheels and inverter-controlled speeds, it includes a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely dirt disposal, crafted from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying for plastic flakes with minimal energy use. The grid mesh is self-cleaning, triggered by a timer setting, providing comprehensive washing and drying for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline introduces hot air to enhance the drying process, significantly reducing material moisture content.
