Main Machines For the Line
Feeding Belt Conveyor

A standard feeding device, the belt conveyor efficiently transports soft plastic waste-scraps, filaments, raffias, and films-to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is finely tuned via inverter control, seamlessly integrating with the compactor's operational current, enabling automatic feeding according to compactor needs.

Metal Detector

An optional metal detector safeguards the system by identifying and preventing metal contaminants from damaging compactor knives. Upon detecting metal, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal before resuming operation. Cutter Compactor

The cutter compactor features fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, adeptly reducing material to small pieces while promoting slight agglomeration. This process efficiently removes moisture, ensuring a stable and smooth feed to the extruder. As cutting and friction generate heat, the compactor automatically regulates over-temperature cooling. An exhaust device atop the compactor diligently removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two stage extruders

The ingeniously designed pelletizing line features two single screw extruders, specially tailored for handling heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and moisture-rich materials. This sophisticated system excels in efficiently eliminating moisture and impurities during granulation, thanks to multiple exhaust ports and advanced filtration mechanisms, resulting in high-quality granules that meet even the most stringent standards.

Melt Filter

Our cutting-edge double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, clients can choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters based on specific filtration needs. Multi-layered mesh configurations can be integrated for enhanced filtration, ensuring the pellet quality meets the highest specifications.
