Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor stands as the standard feed mechanism, efficiently transporting soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is smartly controlled by an inverter, seamlessly integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding to meet compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Enhance safety with our optional metal detector, capable of identifying potential metallic contaminants in materials, preventing damage to compactor knives. Upon detection, an alarm sounds, halting the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metals safely. Choose from renowned German and Chinese brands to suit your preference.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor efficiently utilizes fixed knives along the compactor's body and rotary knives at its base. It slices material into manageable pieces, simultaneously achieving slight agglomeration. This process reduces material moisture, stabilizing and simplifying extruder feeding. As the temperature rises through cutting and friction, an automatic cooling feature prevents overheating. Additionally, an exhaust system is in place to extract moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

Our expertly engineered pelletizing line, featuring two single screw extruders, is highly recommended for processing diverse materials. It excels in handling heavy printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. Melt Filter

Our double-column melt filtration systems are engineered to provide substantial filtering areas, withstanding melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Under Water Pelletizer
