Introduction
At Zhangjiagang City Yili Technology Co., Ltd., we specialize in transforming waste plastic film into valuable resources through our innovative recycling and washing line. Produced by YILI Machinery, this line expertly handles various plastic soft materials such as PE and PP plastic, creating a seamless recycling process for film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, and various industrial and supermarket packing films. The comprehensive production line includes a shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, offering capacities from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, each equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. A metal detector can be optionally installed for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, we utilize shredders for initial grinding. Following this preliminary crushing, materials proceed to secondary crushing to achieve finely ground material sizes of less than 12mm, ideal for thorough cleaning. YILI offers an extensive range of shredders with various capacities and functions tailored to meet customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers efficiently reduce material sizes, incorporating water for both cleaning and blade cooling during processing. This ensures that large materials are effectively transformed into smaller pieces, enhancing cleaning results and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is expertly crafted to wash plastic at high speeds with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, materials are transferred to the floating tank for additional cleansing.

Floating tank

This module expertly separates sediment and metal within materials. The washing wheels are meticulously designed for specific washing functions, speed-controlled via inverters. Equipped with a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely dirt discharge, the floating tank is crafted from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers superior drying performance with low energy consumption. Featuring a grid mesh with a self-washing function using a timer, it provides comprehensive washing and drying solutions for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline generates hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content and enhancing the quality of the final product.
