Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, powered by gear box motors, equipped with side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor to ensure product purity.

Shredder

Our shredder is ideal for large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, facilitating initial grinding. It leads to secondary crushing for further refinement, achieving final material sizes of less than 12mm. This precision aids in thorough cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredding solutions with different capacities and functionalities to accommodate customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes while cleaning and cooling the blades with water. This process transforms large materials into smaller, more manageable pieces, enhancing washing efficiency and simplifying packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is engineered to wash plastic at high speeds with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-frication, the material advances to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating Tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from the material, using various washing wheel designs to achieve optimal cleaning performance. Speed is regulated by inverter control, and a magnetic valve at the bottom facilitates timely discharge of dirt based on set parameters. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with high efficiency and low energy use. It features a self-cleaning grid mesh governed by a timer, offering both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Crafted from stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air for further drying, reducing moisture content in the material to optimal levels.
