Main Machines For the Line
Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding belt conveyor efficiently transports soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, our optional roller haul-off feeding device ensures smooth delivery to the compactor. The feeding speed, regulated by an inverter, integrates seamlessly with the compactor current to provide automatic feeding adapted to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Optional yet invaluable, our metal detector safeguards the compactor's knives by identifying metal contaminants within the material. Upon detection, the system triggers an alert and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal and resume operations. Choose from reputable German and Chinese brands for reliability and efficiency.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor, equipped with side-mounted fixed knives and bottom plate rotary knives, adeptly reduces material size and induces slight agglomeration. This process eliminates moisture, stabilizing and easing extruder feeding. Cutting and friction naturally increase internal temperature, with an automatic over-temperature cooling system in place. An exhaust device atop the compactor diligently extracts moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

Our innovative pelletizing line is meticulously crafted with two state-of-the-art single screw extruders. This configuration is ideal for processing a variety of challenges: from heavily printed materials and those with high contamination to low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high-moisture content materials.
