Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor is the standard solution for feeding soft plastic waste, including scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an integrated inverter, ensuring automatic adjustment to the compactor's current needs.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector provides an added layer of protection, detecting any metallic substances within the material to prevent damage to the compactor's knives. Upon detection of metals, the detector issues an immediate alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to safely remove the metals and resume operation. Customers can choose between reputable German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor
