The ZL series compacting and pelletizing system seamlessly integrates the processes of crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into a single, efficient step. Designed for the recycling and pelletizing of plastics, it stands out as a dependable and highly efficient solution for re-pelletizing plastic films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials.
The end result is pellets that are ready to be directly fed into production lines for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding, ensuring a streamlined operation.
It consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders , crafted to handle materials with heavy printing inks, high moisture content, poor fluidity, temperature sensitivity, and high impurity levels. The system features a double filtration mechanism, multiple exhausts, and advanced requirements. The underwater cutting technology is adept at handling various polymer types with high viscosity, providing superior capacity compared to traditional spaghetti cutting. The entire pelletizing line is automated, user-friendly, operates quietly, and produces pellets of exceptional quality.

Main Machines For the Line
Feeding Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor is the standard feeding apparatus, efficiently transporting soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is controlled by an inverter integrated with the compactor's current, allowing automatic feeding based on the compactor's requirements.

Metal Detector

The metal detector is an optional feature that identifies metal contaminants in materials, protecting compactor knives from damage. Upon detecting metal, the detector issues an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to remove the metals before restarting. Customers can choose between reputable German and Chinese brands.

Cutter Compactor

The innovative cutter compactor is equipped with fixed side knives and rotary bottom plate knives, delivering dual-action efficiency: it slices materials into smaller parts while inducing slight agglomeration. This process not only reduces moisture but also ensures a smooth, consistent feed to the extruder. The compactor's internal temperature naturally rises due to cutting and friction, with automatic over-temperature cooling safeguarding operations. A top-mounted exhaust system efficiently removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two-Stage Extruders

Our advanced pelletizing line, featuring two single screw extruders, is expertly designed for challenging materials such as heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and moisture-laden substrates. This configuration enhances moisture removal and dirt elimination post-granulation through multiple exhaust points and filtration stages, delivering granules that meet stringent quality standards.

Melt Filter

Our robust double-column melt filtration systems offer expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on customer requirements, both double-column and plate-type filters are available. For superior filtration, multiple mesh layers can be employed, ensuring pellet quality that aligns with customer demands.

Underwater Pelletizer
