Feeding belt conveyor

This essential belt conveyor system is designed to efficiently feed soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films into the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is precisely controlled by an integrated inverter that adjusts according to the compactor's current requirements, ensuring automated, seamless operation.

Metal detector

Optional for customers, the metal detector is an invaluable tool for detecting metals within materials, safeguarding the compactor's knives from damage. Should metals be detected, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to remove the metals and resume operations with ease. Cutter compactor

Our state-of-the-art Cutter Compactor integrates fixed knives strategically positioned at the sides of the compactor body and rotary knives at the bottom plate, expertly slicing the material into fine pieces while inducing slight agglomeration. As the temperature within the compactor rises due to cutting and friction, our system automatically implements over-temperature cooling.
