Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding belt conveyor is designed for efficiently transporting soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For waste films rolled up, opt for the roller haul-off feeding device. The feeding speed is regulated by an inverter, synchronized with the compactor's current, allowing automatic adjustments based on compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Optional for customers, our metal detector swiftly identifies any metal presence in materials, preventing potential damage to compactor knives. Upon detection, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor. Operators can then swiftly remove the metal and continue operations seamlessly. Choose between renowned German and Chinese brands for optimal performance.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is ingeniously designed with fixed knives strategically placed at the sides of the compactor body, complemented by rotary knives at the bottom. This dynamic duo efficiently slices the material into smaller fragments while inducing slight agglomeration, effectively extracting moisture for a smoother, more stable feed into the extruder. The compactor's temperature elevates due to cutting and friction, yet it boasts an automatic over-temperature cooling system. An exhaust device is also thoughtfully installed atop the compactor to eliminate moisture and dust during operation, ensuring optimal performance.

Two Stage Extruders

This innovative pelletizing line features two single screw extruders, making it ideal for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, or high moisture content materials. It excels in efficiently removing moisture and impurities post-granulation, thanks to its multiple exhaust outlets and advanced filtration, producing granules that meet high-quality standards.

Melt Filter
