Belt conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with a robust gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Options to install a metal detector on the belt conveyor ensure enhanced operational safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, and die head material, our shredders provide the ideal preliminary grinding solution, preparing materials for a second-stage crusher that achieves a fine crush. Final material sizes are reduced to less than 12mm, optimizing for superior cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

This crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes as it's equipped with water-cleaning capabilities and blade cooling during operation. Large materials are transformed into small pieces, enhancing the washing efficiency and making the final product easier to package.

Frication Washer

Our high-speed friction washer, using water, is meticulously designed to effectively remove contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. The process continues with additional cleaning stages in the floating tank.

Floating tank

Specially crafted to effectively separate sediment and metals, this module features uniquely designed washing wheels with inverter control for optimal speed. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of impurities. Crafted from premium stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer
