The comprehensive production line comprises of a shredder, crusher, friction washer, floating tank, squeezer, etc., with capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our film washing line guarantees precise and efficient decontamination using both cold and hot washing systems, incorporating cutting-edge recycling technologies. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Available in both light and heavy-duty styles, these belt conveyors feature a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional installation of a metal detector enhances its functionality.

Shredder

Ideal for large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, and die-head material, the shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post-shredding, materials undergo a secondary crushing to achieve sizes under 12mm, optimizing pure cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders varying in capacity and functions tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes, utilizing water to clean and cool the blades during operation. This process turns large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing with water, the frication washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleansing.

Floating Tank

Efficiently separates sediment and metal, this component employs diverse washing wheel designs to fulfill washing functions, speed controlled by an inverter. The bottom features a magnetic valve for timed discharge of impurities. Constructed from stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes, offering high performance and low energy consumption. Its grid mesh features a self-cleaning function, ensuring thorough washing and drying.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline system delivers hot air to further dry materials, reducing internal moisture efficiently.
