Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, featuring a gearbox motor and sidewalls to prevent material spillage. Optional metal detectors can be installed on the conveyor for enhanced safety.

Shredder

When handling large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, or Lumps, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post-grinding, materials undergo a second crushing, achieving sizes under 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders, tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

Our crusher effectively reduces material size with water for thorough cleaning and blade cooling during operation. This module processes large items into smaller pieces, enhancing washing results and simplifying packing.

Friction Washer

The friction washer is engineered to clean plastic at high speeds with water, efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Following the friction washer, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleansing.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing washing wheels with varied designs for optimal function and speed, controlled by an inverter. Equipped with a magnetic valve for timely discharge of impurities, constructed from stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer dries plastic flakes with superior performance and low energy use. The grid mesh features a self-cleaning function with a timer, providing comprehensive washing and drying.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline channels hot air to further dry materials, reducing moisture content efficiently.
