Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, featuring a gearbox motor and side walls designed to prevent material spillage. Additionally, there is an option to install a metal detector on the belt conveyor for enhanced operational precision.

Shredder

For large raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, the shredder provides the essential first stage of grinding. After preliminary shredding, materials proceed to secondary crushing for finer pulverization, achieving final material sizes below 12mm, which is ideal for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a versatile range of shredders with various capacities and features to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes and incorporates water to clean materials and cool blades during the process. This module processes large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing the washing outcome and facilitating easier packaging of the final product.

Friction Washer

Designed to wash plastic at high speeds with water, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, materials can proceed to the floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating tank

Effectively separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing uniquely designed washing wheels for optimal cleaning functionality. Speed is controlled by an inverter, and a magnetic valve at the bottom discharges dirt timely as per settings. Material: stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes with minimal energy consumption. The grid mesh self-cleans at timed intervals, providing both washing and drying capabilities for materials.
