Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose from light to heavy-duty belt conveyors, each powered by a gearbox motor and equipped with side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed for enhanced safety and performance.

Shredder

For large raw materials, such as plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredder performs initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials are further reduced in size by a secondary crusher, achieving less than 12mm in size for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varied capacities and functionalities to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials into smaller, manageable sizes, integrating water to clean and cool blades during operation. This process enhances washing effectiveness and facilitates convenient packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing with water, the friction washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional purification.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. Equipped with various washing wheel designs for optimal performance, speed is regulated via inverter control. A magnetic valve at the bottom expedites dirt discharge according to set parameters. Constructed from stainless steel, it ensures durability and reliability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers superior drying of plastic flakes with exceptional performance and low energy consumption. The self-cleaning grid mesh, controlled by a timer, provides both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline introduces hot air to further dry the material, effectively reducing moisture content for optimal processing.
