Feeding Belt Conveyor

Our standard belt conveyor efficiently transports soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For roll films, we offer an optional roller haul-off feeding device to streamline the compaction process. The feeding speed adapts automatically, aligned with the compactor's current requirements, ensuring seamless operation.

Metal Detector

Our optional metal detector safeguards your equipment by detecting and alerting you of any metal contamination within the material. Upon detection, the system halts the conveyor, allowing for easy removal of metals, thereby preventing compactor damage. Available in both German and Chinese brands for your preference.

Cutter Compactor

The cutter compactor, featuring fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, efficiently reduces material size and moisture content. This process not only enhances feeding stability to the extruder but also includes an automatic cooling system to prevent overheating. The built-in exhaust device efficiently removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders
