Machine advantages

Our Irish-made heaters, capable of reaching 700ºC, are equipped with an insulated SUS304 cover. The dual heating steps guarantee precise and consistent heating, adaptable to varying pipe diameters through adjustable heating device height.

Featuring an automatic pipe bending machine with a streamlined design that integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and discharge—all fully automated. Compared to manual machines, this marvel of engineering boosts production efficiency by 3-5 times.

At the forefront of bending, our machine features a high-quality belling mold and a clamping tool treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus and equipped with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, ensuring precision in belling length and aesthetically pleasing results.

The installation of a scale for adjusting the belling and bending mold base guarantees a product tolerance within a highly precise 1 mm.
