Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optionally, a metal detector can be integrated onto the belt conveyor.

Shredder

For sizable raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, shredders are employed for initial grinding. Post shredding, materials undergo a second crushing phase to achieve sizes under 12mm, optimizing for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders with various capacities and functions to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes, using water to both cleanse the material and cool the blades during operation. This process transforms large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Engineered to wash plastics at high speed with water, the friction washer efficiently eliminates contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. It features washing wheels with diverse designs to fulfill various washing functions, and speed control via an inverter. Dirt is discharged promptly through a magnetic valve, crafted from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Designed in a horizontal configuration, the centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying for plastic flakes while maintaining low energy consumption. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh controlled by a timer, it efficiently provides both washing and drying services for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with stainless steel, the pipeline introduces hot air to further dry materials, significantly reducing moisture content.
