Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding device, the belt conveyor, efficiently transports plastic soft waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, a roller haul-off feeding device is available as an optional solution. Feeding speed is meticulously controlled via an inverter, seamlessly integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding based on compactor requirements.

Metal detector

The metal detector is an optional feature, providing an extra layer of protection by identifying metals within materials, thus safeguarding the compactor's knives. When metals are detected, an alarm is triggered, halting the conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal and resume operations. Customers can select from reputable German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is equipped with fixed knives on its sides and rotary knives on the bottom plate, efficiently cutting materials into smaller pieces and inducing slight agglomeration. This process effectively reduces moisture content, stabilizing and easing the feeding to the extruder. The compactor's temperature rises due to cutting and friction; however, it features an automatic over-temperature cooling system and an exhaust device on top to handle moisture and dust efficiently during operation.

Two stage extruders

This ingeniously engineered pelletizing line features a dual single screw extruder system, expertly crafted to handle heavily printed, highly contaminated, and low fluidity materials, as well as temperature-sensitive and moisture-rich materials. With this advanced pelletizing line, enhanced moisture and impurity removal are achieved more efficiently after granulation, thanks to additional exhausting outlets and improved filtration processes, resulting in granules that meet the most stringent standards.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems provide expansive filtering areas and can withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. For our pelletizing line, customers can select between double-column or plate type filters, tailored to meet specific filtering needs. For optimal filtering performance, multiple mesh layers can be incorporated, ensuring the pellets meet the highest quality standards.

Under Water Pelletizer

Our under water cutting system is meticulously crafted for materials with high flow rates and high viscosity, making it the perfect solution for challenging cutting applications. Depending on the material properties and capacity requirements, customers can opt for water ring or spaghetti cutting. Vibration Sieve
