Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, powered by a gear box motor. The conveyors are designed with side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed to ensure superior quality control.

Shredder

For large raw materials like sizable plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredder provides essential preliminary grinding. Post initial crushing, materials are further refined in a secondary crusher to less than 12mm, optimizing purity for cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders, each tailored to distinct capacities and functionalities for customer satisfaction.

Crusher

Our crusher is designed to break down materials into smaller sizes while integrating water for cleaning and blade cooling during the crushing process. This step transforms large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing outcome and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

This high-speed frication washer uses water to efficiently cleanse the plastic, removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Following this process, materials are transferred to a floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating tank

This module excels at separating sediment and metal from materials. It employs uniquely designed washing wheels with adjustable speed via inverter control. The magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely dirt discharge as pre-set, and the tank is constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying of plastic flakes with minimal energy usage. The grid mesh cleans itself on a timer, offering both washing and drying capabilities within one unit.

Hot air pipeline heating

The heating pipeline, crafted in stainless steel, utilizes hot air to continue drying the material, effectively minimizing moisture content to meet production standards.
