Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty models, our belt conveyors are powered by gear box motors and equipped with side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed for added safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, our shredders provide an initial grinding stage. The material is then subjected to secondary crushing to achieve finer sizes below 12mm, facilitating superior cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushing module reduces materials to smaller sizes while simultaneously washing and cooling the blades with water. This dual action improves cleaning outcomes and simplifies the packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, our friction washer effectively eliminates contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. This process prepares the material for further cleaning in the floating tank, ensuring superior quality.

Floating tank

This module excels at separating sediment and metals from materials. Our washing wheels, equipped with diverse designs and inverter-controlled speeds, ensure optimal washing performance. Featuring a magnetic valve at the bottom, dirt is promptly discharged as per settings. Constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our high-performance horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes with minimal energy use. The self-washing grid mesh, with timer settings, combines washing and drying functions for enhanced results.

Hot air pipeline heating
