Technology Process

Feeding Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the essential standard feeding system, efficiently transporting plastic soft waste-such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films-directly to the cutter compactor. For roll-form waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device ensures seamless delivery to the compactor. Equipped with a state-of-the-art inverter, the feeding speed is meticulously synchronized with the compactor's current, enabling automatic adjustment to meet the compactor's precise demands.

Metal Detector

For enhanced protection, a sophisticated metal detector can be optionally integrated into the system. This detector actively scans for metal contaminants within the materials, safeguarding the compactor's knives from potential damage. Upon detecting metal, the system promptly triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to easily remove the metal before resuming operation. Cutter Compactor

The cutter compactor, featuring a synergy of fixed knives on its body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, excels in reducing material to smaller pieces and facilitating slight agglomeration. This process effectively eliminates moisture, ensuring that material feeding into the extruder is remarkably stable and straightforward. As temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, the system incorporates automatic over-temperature cooling. An exhaust device is strategically installed atop the compactor, effectively extracting moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruder

This advanced pelletizing line, designed with dual single-screw extruders, is ideal for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. Melt Filter
