Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty types of belt conveyors. They feature a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage, with the option to add a metal detector for enhanced safety.

Shredder

For larger raw materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, and die head material, our shredder provides initial grinding. Post shredding, the materials are sent to a secondary crusher for finer crushing, achieving sizes below 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders to meet different capacity and function needs.

Crusher

Our crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes while washing them with water to enhance cleanliness and cool blades during the process. This step greatly enhances the washing results and facilitates easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The friction washer is expertly designed to wash plastic at high speeds with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Following this step, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleansing.

Floating tank

Efficiently separates sediment and metal from the plastics. The washing wheels are designed to meet specific washing needs, with inverter-controlled speed. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of dirt. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes with superior performance and low energy use. The grid mesh is self-cleaning, controlled by a timer, providing comprehensive washing and drying.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline channels hot air for further drying, effectively reducing moisture content in the material.
