Machine advantages
High-performance heaters crafted in Ireland can reach temperatures of 700ºC, encased in an insulated SUS304 cover. Dual heating steps guarantee efficient and stable heating, with adjustable height to accommodate pipes of varying diameters.
This innovative automatic pipe bending machine features a compact design, integrating pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and outlet functions with full automation. Compared to manual machines, its production efficiency is amplified by 3-5 times.
The front bending section is equipped with a premium belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus, and features imported Autonics photoelectric detection for precise belling length and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
A precision scale for adjusting the belling and bending mold base ensures product tolerance remains within 1 mm.
Upon receiving a signal, the automatic discharge device efficiently lifts, retrieves, and releases the product, eliminating the need for manual labor while ensuring safety and productivity.
Our advanced hydraulic system incorporates Japan's YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, paired with a high-quality energy storage system to deliver energy efficiency and noise reduction.
