Belt Conveyor

Select from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, each featuring a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, opt for an integrated metal detector for enhanced security and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredders provide initial grinding. Following this, materials undergo secondary crushing, achieving sizes under 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers various shredding options tailored to customer needs, ensuring flexibility and satisfaction.

Crusher

Our crushers are designed to reduce material to smaller sizes while cleansing and cooling blades with water during the process. This stage is crucial for enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Engineered to operate at high speed with water, the friction washer efficiently eliminates contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials are transferred to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating Tank
