Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding apparatus, efficiently transporting soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For film waste in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device can be utilized. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, seamlessly integrated with the compactor's current to ensure automatic feeding as per compactor requirements.

Metal detector

As an optional enhancement, our metal detector safeguards your machinery by detecting metallic contaminants within materials. Upon detection, the system halts the belt conveyor, raises an alarm, and allows operators to remove the metal, thus preventing damage to compactor knives. Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor features a sophisticated arrangement of fixed knives along the compactor's sides and rotary knives at its base.
