Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard belt conveyor is designed for the efficient feeding of soft plastic waste—including scraps, filaments, raffias, and films—into the cutter compactor. For roll films, a roller haul-off option is available. The conveyor's speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding tailored to the compactor's needs.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector safeguards your equipment by identifying any metal contaminants in the material, preventing damage to compactor knives. Upon detection, the system alerts operators and halts the conveyor, allowing for safe metal removal before restarting. Choose from trusted German or Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor features fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the base, efficiently chopping material into smaller pieces while simultaneously inducing slight agglomeration. This process reduces moisture content and stabilizes feeding into the extruder. The compactor's temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, with an automatic over-temperature cooling feature. An exhaust system atop the compactor effectively removes moisture and dust during operation.

Dual-stage Extruders

This ingeniously crafted pelletizing line integrates two single screw extruders, meticulously designed to handle materials with heavy prints, severe contamination, low fluidity, sensitivity to temperature, or high moisture content. This robust line excels in efficiently eliminating moisture and impurities post-granulation through multiple exhaust ports and filtration stages, delivering granules that meet stringent quality standards.

Melt Filtration System

Our cutting-edge double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and can withstand melt pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on the customer's specific filtration needs, you can choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters. Underwater Pelletizing System
