Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the primary feeding apparatus, skillfully transporting soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For roll films, a roller haul-off feeding device is optional to enhance the compactor's efficiency. The feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding tailored to the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector

The metal detector is an optional feature that detects metal within materials, preventing potential damage to compactor knives. Upon detection, it triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to manually remove the metal before resuming operation. Customers can select from premium German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is engineered with fixed knives along its body and rotary knives at the base, efficiently reducing materials to smaller pieces and facilitating slight agglomeration. This process effectively removes moisture, stabilizing and simplifying feeding into the extruder. Cutting and friction naturally elevate the compactor's temperature, with an automatic over-temperature cooling system in place. An exhaust device on top of the compactor actively removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This ingeniously designed pelletizing line integrates two powerful single screw extruders, making it the optimal choice for a range of challenging materials: heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and those with high moisture content. This innovative system efficiently purges moisture and impurities post-granulation, utilizing enhanced exhaust mouths and advanced filtration techniques, yielding granules that meet the most demanding standards.

Melt Filter

Our double-column melt filtration systems offer expansive filtering areas and can withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, customers have the flexibility to select from both double-column filters and plate-type filters, tailored to their specific filtration needs. For enhanced filtering, multiple layers of mesh can be incorporated to meet exacting pellet quality requirements.

Under Water Pelletizer

The underwater cutting system is meticulously engineered for materials with high flow rates and high viscosity, addressing cutting challenges with precision. Customers also have the option to select water ring cutting or spaghetti cutting based on specific material and capacity needs. Vibration Sieve
