Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, all equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, there's an option to fit a metal detector for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For larger raw materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, shredders are employed for preliminary grinding. Following this, the material undergoes a secondary crushing to achieve finer, purer cleaning-ready sizes below 12mm. YILI offers a range of shredding solutions tailored to diverse capacities and functionalities.

Crusher

Designed to reduce material to smaller sizes, the crusher integrates water for simultaneous cleaning and blade cooling during operation. By processing large materials into manageable pieces, it optimizes washing results and simplifies final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Featuring a high-speed water washing mechanism, the frication washer is adept at efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from the materials. Post-frication, the materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating Tank

Effectively segregating sediment and metal, this module is equipped with various washing wheels designed for optimal washing function. Speed is regulated via inverter control, with a magnetic valve at the bottom ensuring timely dirt discharge. Constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with superior performance and minimal energy usage. It features a self-cleaning grid mesh, with a timer setting for automatic maintenance, providing both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Crafted from stainless steel, the pipeline circulates hot air to further dry the material, substantially reducing moisture content for optimal results.
