Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor serves as a standard feeding device, efficiently transporting plastic soft waste—such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films—to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the roller haul-off feeding device is an alternative for feeding into the compactor. Feeding speed is meticulously controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding that aligns perfectly with the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector is a valuable addition, designed to detect any metals present in the material, thereby preventing potential damage to the compactor's knives. Should metals be detected, the system alerts the operator and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the removal of metals before restarting. Customers can choose from premium German or Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor features fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives at the bottom plate, effectively reducing material into smaller pieces while promoting slight agglomeration, thus expelling moisture and stabilizing feeding to the extruder. The temperature inside the compactor rises due to cutting and friction, but it is expertly controlled with automatic cooling when overheating occurs. On top, an exhaust device efficiently removes moisture and dust during operation.

Our innovative pelletizing line is designed with precision, incorporating two state-of-the-art single screw extruders.
