Introduction

The ZL compacting pelletizing machine finishes crushing, compacting and pelletizing in one step for waste films, woven bags and foamed plastics. Fitted with two single-screw extruders and underwater cutting system, it processes difficult materials and produces premium pellets for film blowing, extrusion and injection molding. Feeding belt conveyor

Cutter compactor

The belt conveyor delivers soft plastic waste to the cutter compactor. Roller haul off feeder is optional for rolled films. Inverter links to compactor current for automatic feeding speed adjustment.

The cutter compactor uses fixed side and rotary bottom knives to cut and agglomerate materials for moisture removal. Auto cooling manages frictional heat, and the top vent exhausts moisture and dust during operation.

Two stage extruders

This pelletizing line features two single screw extruders for heavily printed, high moisture, contaminated and temperature sensitive materials. Multiple exhaust and filtration units efficiently remove impurities and moisture to produce high quality pellets.

Melt Filter

The double column melt filter provides large filtering area and withstands over 25 MPa melt pressure. Double column or plate type filters are selectable. Multi layer meshes can be fitted to meet different pellet quality demands.

Under water pelletizer

Under water cutting system is designed for high flow rate and high viscosity hard to cut materials. Water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting are optional. We recommend proper cutting solutions based on customer's material and capacity requirements.

Vertical dewatering machine

This vertical centrifugal dewatering machine serves as auxiliary equipment for PP PE waste film recycling pelletizing lines, matching water ring cutting systems. High speed centrifugal separation reduces material moisture below 3%, lowering extrusion energy consumption and preventing pellet defects. Its vertical integrated design enables seamless automatic continuous production.
