Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. With gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage, there’s an option to install a metal detector for enhanced safety on the belt conveyor.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, shredders are employed for initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for further refinement. The final sizes, reduced to less than 12mm, promote effective cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functions to align with customer preferences.

Crusher

Our crusher reduces material size efficiently, incorporating water to cleanse the material and cool blades during operation. It transforms large materials into smaller pieces, optimizing the washing process and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer swiftly removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, the materials proceed to a floating tank for enhanced cleanliness.

Floating tank

This module effectively segregates sediment and metal from materials. With varied washing wheel designs and inverter-controlled speed, dirt is timely discharged via a magnetic valve. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers outstanding performance with low energy use, featuring a self-washing grid mesh on a timer. It provides simultaneous washing and drying of materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed in stainless steel, the pipeline channels hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
