Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from light and heavy-duty types of belt conveyors featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optionally, a metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, a shredder is employed to perform initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher, achieving final material sizes under 12mm, ensuring optimal purification. YILI offers a variety of shredders with different capacities and functions to meet diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes while cleaning them with water and cooling the blades during the process. This module transforms large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing outcome and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing with water, the frication washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing with the frication washer, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

This module proficiently separates sediment and metal from materials. Equipped with washing wheels of various designs for efficient washing, it features inverter-controlled speed and a magnetic valve at the bottom for prompt discharge of impurities. Constructed from stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes, offering high performance with low energy consumption. It features a self-cleaning grid mesh with timer settings, facilitating both washing and drying of materials.
