Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line, an innovation by YILI Machinery, is equipped to handle a variety of plastic soft materials, including PE or PP. plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, and super market packing films. The comprehensive production line features state-of-the-art equipment like shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, offering capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our film washing line ensures immaculate and efficient decontamination of waste films using both cold and hot washing systems, adopting cutting-edge recycling technologies. The resultant high-quality products post-washing can either stand alone or be blended with other materials for reprocessing, even in cutting-edge film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. Our conveyors are powered by a gearbox motor and feature side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, a metal detector can be installed for enhanced safety.

Shredder

Ideal for large materials like plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredder offers preliminary grinding. Post initial crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer processing, achieving sizes below 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a range of shredders with diverse capacities and functions to suit customer needs.

Crusher

Our crusher effectively reduces material size while utilizing water for cleaning and blade cooling. This process transforms large materials into manageable pieces, optimizing the washing outcome and simplifying packaging.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer efficiently removes contaminants such as dirt, grease, and more from plastics. Following this, materials transition to a floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating tank

In this module, sediment and metal are efficiently separated. Features include varied washing wheel designs and inverter-controlled speed. A magnetic valve ensures timely dirt discharge. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer
