Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding mechanism, efficiently transporting plastic soft waste-like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films-into the cutter compactor. For roll waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is precisely regulated by an inverter, integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding as per compactor demands.

Metal detector

The metal detector, an optional but prudent choice, identifies any metal contaminants in the material to prevent compactor knife damage. When metal presence is detected, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to remove the metal before resuming operation. Customers can select from leading German or Chinese brands to best suit their needs.

Cutter compactor

The innovative cutter compactor is expertly engineered with fixed knives anchored at the sides of the compactor body and rotary knives positioned at the bottom plate. This sophisticated mechanism not only slices material into smaller segments but also induces minor agglomeration, effectively extracting moisture and ensuring a smoother, more stable feed into the extruder. As the temperature naturally escalates through cutting and friction, an automatic cooling feature prevents overheating. Additionally, a top-installed exhaust device efficiently manages moisture and dust generated during the compactor's operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This meticulously crafted pelletizing line incorporates two single screw extruders, ideal for processing heavily printed materials, highly contaminated components, low fluidity substances, temperature-sensitive items, and materials with elevated moisture content. The advanced design ensures superior moisture and impurity removal, achieved through multiple exhaust outlets and enhanced filtration systems. This guarantees the production of granules that meet the most stringent quality standards.

Melt Filter

Our cutting-edge double-column melt filtration systems provide extensive filtering capabilities, withstanding melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, customers can select between double-column and plate-type filters based on specific filtering needs. For optimal filtration aligned with pellet quality standards, multiple mesh layers can be incorporated.

Under Water Pelletizer

The state-of-the-art underwater cutting system is expertly designed for materials with high flow rates and elevated viscosity, which present challenges in cutting. Customers have the option to choose between water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting, tailored to the material and capacity requirements.
