Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line introduced by YILI Machinery is tailored to efficiently process various kinds of plastic soft materials, including PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, and supermarket packing films. This comprehensive production line includes essential equipment such as the shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, offering capacities from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our advanced film washing line guarantees precise and efficient decontamination of waste films through both cold and hot washing systems, utilizing cutting-edge recycling technologies. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Options for both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors are available, featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, a metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor for enhanced safety.

Shredder

For large raw materials, such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, we utilize a shredder for preliminary grinding. This is followed by a second-stage crusher for finer crushing, achieving a final material size of less than 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a series of shredders with varied capacities and functionalities to accommodate customer preferences.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes, using water to clean the material and cool the blades during operation. This module processes large materials into small pieces, enhancing the washing outcome and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Our frication washer is designed for high-speed plastic washing with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from the material. Post-frication, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional purification.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. Our washing wheels feature diverse designs to meet specific washing needs, with speed controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom enables timely dirt discharge, ensuring cleanliness. Built with stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying for plastic flakes with minimal energy use. The grid mesh features a self-washing function, scheduled by a timer, providing simultaneous washing and drying for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air for enhanced material drying, significantly reducing internal moisture levels.
