Our proficient film washing line ensures meticulous and efficient decontamination of waste films, employing both cold and hot washing systems, which integrate cutting-edge recycling technologies. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty configurations, our belt conveyors feature a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional installation of a metal detector on the conveyor is also available.

Shredder

For larger raw materials, like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, we employ a shredder for initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, the material is forwarded to a secondary crusher for finer grinding. The resulting material, sized under 12mm, ensures optimal cleanliness. YILI offers a variety of shredding solutions with diverse capacities and functionalities tailored to meet customer preferences.

Crusher

The crusher is pivotal for reducing material to smaller sizes, incorporating water to facilitate material cleaning and blade cooling during the process. This step prepares large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing efficiency and simplifying packaging.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed plastic washing, the frication washer uses water to efficiently remove contaminants, dirt, and grease. Following this, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

Effectively separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing washing wheels with customizable designs to fulfill specific washing needs, all regulated by inverter speed control. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of debris. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with remarkable efficiency and minimal energy use. The grid mesh features a self-cleaning function, enabling simultaneous washing and drying of materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Crafted from stainless steel, this pipeline provides hot air to thoroughly dry materials, effectively reducing internal moisture levels.
