Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is a standard feeding device designed to transport soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device can be employed to feed films into the compactor. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, synchronized with the compactor's current, to ensure automatic feeding aligned with compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector is a customer choice, designed to identify metallic impurities within the material, safeguarding the compactor knives from damage. Upon detection, the detector promptly alerts operators and halts the belt conveyor, allowing for safe removal of metals before resuming operation. Customers can choose between leading German and Chinese brands for this feature.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is equipped with fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, effectively reducing material to small pieces and enabling slight agglomeration. This process efficiently removes moisture and stabilizes feeding to the extruder. As temperatures rise due to cutting and friction, an automatic cooling system manages overheating. An exhaust device on top expels moisture and dust during operation, maintaining optimal performance.

Two Stage Extruders

This ingeniously designed pelletizing line ingeniously incorporates two single screw extruders, making it the ideal solution for processing materials that are heavily printed, highly contaminated, or pose challenges due to low fluidity, sensitivity to temperature, or high moisture content. Melt Filter

Our robust double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and are designed to tolerate melting pressure exceeding 25Mpa. For optimal filtering performance, multilayer mesh configurations can be integrated, ensuring superior pellet quality and precision.

Under Water Pelletizer
