It consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders Designed for challenging materials-those heavy with printing ink, high in moisture content, with poor fluidity, temperature sensitivity, or high in impurities-this system features a robust double filtration mechanism, multiple exhaust capabilities, and advanced requirements compliance. The underwater cutting technology excels at handling diverse, high-viscosity polymers, delivering superior capacity compared to traditional spaghetti cutting. Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The standard belt conveyor efficiently feeds plastic soft waste-such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films-into the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the roller haul-off feeding device offers an ideal alternative. Integrated with the compactor current, the feeding speed is inverter-controlled, ensuring automatic, requirement-based feeding.

Metal detector

An optional metal detector is available to identify and prevent potential damage from metals within materials, safeguarding the compactor's knives. Upon detection of metals, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metals and resume operation. Customers can choose between trusted German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Our state-of-the-art Cutter Compactor is engineered with precision, featuring fixed knives strategically positioned at the side of the compactor body and rotary knives seamlessly integrated into the bottom plate. This innovative design not only cuts the material into finely sized pieces but also creates a slight agglomeration, effectively extracting moisture and ensuring a smoother, more stable feed to the extruder. As the compactor operates, the temperature naturally rises due to cutting and friction, with an automated over-temperature cooling system ensuring optimal performance. An exhaust device is expertly installed on top to efficiently extract moisture and dust during operation.

Two-Stage Extruders

The revolutionary design of our pelletizing line features dual single screw extruders, ideally suited for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. This system excels in efficiently removing moisture and impurities during granulation, thanks to its enhanced exhaust ports and advanced filtration, resulting in granules that meet the most demanding standards.

Melt Filter

Our double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas, capable of withstanding melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on customer requirements, both double-column filters and plate type filters can be selected. For superior filtration, multiple layers of mesh can be incorporated, tailored to meet specific pellet quality standards.

Underwater Pelletizer

The underwater cutting system is meticulously crafted for high flow rate materials and those with high viscosity, which present challenges in cutting. Customers have the flexibility to choose between water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting, depending on material and capacity needs. Vibration Sieve

Our advanced vibration sieve is instrumental in sorting granules post-cutting, ensuring uniform sizes for final products while simultaneously cooling them down efficiently.
