Our Irish-engineered heaters, boasting an impressive heat capacity of up to 700ºC, are enveloped in an insulated SUS304 cover. Dual heating steps guarantee consistent and stable pipe heating, while adjustable heating device height caters to varying PVC pipe diameters.
This automatic pipe bending marvel, with its compact design, integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, bending, and outlet processes, all in one automated system. Its productivity outshines manual machines by a staggering 3-5 times.
The front bending section features a premium belling mold and clamping tool treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus and fitted with Autonics photoelectric detection from abroad, ensuring precise belling length and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
