Feeding belt conveyor

As the standard feeding apparatus, the belt conveyor efficiently transports plastic soft waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device is available to ensure smooth transport to the compactor. The feeding speed is precisely managed by an inverter integrated with the compactor's current, allowing for automatic adjustment according to the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector

Choosing to include a metal detector offers peace of mind by identifying any metal within the material to prevent potential damage to the compactor's blades. In the event metal is detected, the detector will issue an alert and halt the belt conveyor, enabling the operator to remove the metal before resuming operation. Options for both German and Chinese brands are available to suit customer preferences.

Cutter compactor

The Cutter Compactor is an ingenious innovation featuring static knives on the sides of the compactor body and dynamic rotary knives at the base. This strategic design not only shreds materials into tiny fragments but also induces slight agglomeration. This dual-action effectively reduces material moisture, stabilizing and easing the feed into the extruder. As the compactor operates, temperatures naturally rise due to friction and cutting, with an automatic cooling system to prevent overheating. Additionally, a top-mounted exhaust device efficiently removes moisture and dust during operation, ensuring seamless functionality.

Two-stage Extruders

This advanced pelletizing line's design incorporates dual single screw extruders, expertly tailored for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, and temperature-sensitive materials with high moisture content. The system excels in moisture and impurity elimination post-granulation, utilizing multiple exhaust ports and filtration systems. The result is high-quality granules that meet stringent standards.

Melt Filter

Our robust double-column melt filtration systems provide extensive filtering areas and can withstand a melting pressure exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on customer needs, both double-column and plate-type filters are available. The system allows for multiple mesh layers to enhance filtration, ensuring the highest quality pellets according to specific requirements.

Underwater Pelletizer

The specially engineered underwater cutting system is ideal for high flow rate and high viscosity materials that present cutting challenges.
