Feeding belt conveyor

A standard in feeding devices, the belt conveyor efficiently channels soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films into the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, a roller haul-off feeding device is available. The conveyor's speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, seamlessly integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding aligned with compactor requirements.

Metal detector

An optional yet invaluable asset, the metal detector identifies metal impurities within the material, safeguarding the compactor's knives from potential damage. Upon detection, an alarm is triggered, halting the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to manually remove the metal before resuming operation. Choose from esteemed German or Chinese brands for optimal performance.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor, with its strategic combination of fixed knives along its body and rotary knives at its base, adeptly cuts material into manageable pieces and facilitates slight agglomeration. This process efficiently reduces moisture content, enhancing stability and ease of feeding into the extruder. The compactor's temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, managed by an automatic over-temperature cooling system. Two Stage Extruders
